Employee Assistance Program

When you have questions, concerns, need advice, or simply want to talk about intense emotions that may be overwhelming your work or personal life, we are here to help you. Sumner Schools is pleased to offer all employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Unum with Health Advocate. Through our EAP, you have unlimited access to consultants by telephone, online resources, and up to three face-to-face visits with counselors for help with a short term problem. • You can contribute up to 100% of your salary to your retirement savings, not to exceed the maximum allowed by the IRS.
• You can increase or decrease your contribution rate monthly.
• You can discontinue contributions to your retirement savings plan at any time. The effective date of the changes occurs as soon as administratively possible
